Afghanistan has different kind of music such as classic pop and special kind which is called mahahaly music in classic music singers of adopt the poem of their song from the  books Mawlana and they compose it a special and nice way Afghanistan's classical singers are ustad Awalmir ustad Rahim Baksh ustad Natu is famous by the name of Baba-e-mosiqi is Afghanistan his father Ghulam Hussein Sarahang was the first one who took his ustadi in the history of Afghanistan music and he was ustad of all other afghan ustads in music and the other ustad that we shouldn't forget was ustad Mahwish who was the first afghan woman to take also a special part of Afghanistan music which is mostly preferred by the new generation in pop music singers adopt.

Afghanistan has different kind of musical instrument such as sornay drum flute robab ghechak and Daira these are the special kind of  Afghanistan musical instrument which are also made in Afghanistan But later instruments like jazz from western countries that played these instruments nicely for instance Ahmad Zahir was famous for playing aquardun Asif for drum and Nay nawaz for nay Afghanistan has a sixty years history of music but there music has changed a lot in their sixty year at first people did not like music it was shamed for them if their son daughter entered world of music Nashnas is a good exempla of that time he is a very famous singer and has beautiful voice but why he has chosen name of Nashnas for him .he was a great fun of music but his parents didn't let him to enter world of music instead of his real name (Dr.sadiqfitrat)and whit out the permeation of his family he began to make a career for him in the world of music but he named him  Nashnas (the one who is unknown) after that there was a woman to raise and wanted be an example. so it was Mirmon  Parwins turn to enter the radios she was the first woman to sing in the Afghanistan radio and that made a big revolution to the history of music in Afghanistan because women became singers later on Hafiz Allah Amin and Tarakis kingdom signers had all the freedom
   And lost os singers such as hangama Parisa Morsal Salma,Ahmad Wali started to show for long time and many male and female singers raised from Afghanistan but about ten years ago other revolution happened taliban kingdom even name of music was cleaned from Afghanistan and all singers spirited to different parts of the world but they didn't stay quit and again started composing their own cassettes and send to their people.
afghan people listen to their music for different purpose they use it in their party for fun also when they are sad they prepared listen to the classical music on the other hand the new generation life pop and they villigain preferred mahaly music taliban tried to finished Afghanistan music but they didn't successes because afghan people love music and they ever have musical entertainment in there own house and use them there selves for fun
